📦 Block Reward Burn
2% of every block reward burned automatically. At 6-second blocks that's ~14,400 blocks/day. Example: 100 NOVA minted per block → 2 NOVA burned → ~28,800 NOVA burned daily at launch. Never stops.
🏛️ Governance Activity Burn
Failed or vetoed proposals burn their full deposit. Spam proposals burn 100% + validator slash. Successful proposals return deposits. This discourages governance spam and rewards serious proposals only.

Validator misbehavior directly deflates supply. Downtime: 1% slash, 50% burned. Double signing: 5% slash, 100% burned. Repeated downtime: 10% slash, 100% burned. Standard Cosmos slashing redirected to burn address.
